On Saturday, January 26, 2013 join Boston Spirit, PrideSports Boston and Master of Ceremonies Steve Buckley, sports columnist from the Boston Herald, as we honor Greater Boston’s LGBT athletes at the party of the year!
From 7:30 to Midnight, enjoy great food, mix and mingle with hundreds of athletes from the area, and dance the night away to the music of DJ Mocha at the Westin Waterfront Hotel.
Awards will be presented in a wide variety of categories including the first ever ICON Award. This year’s ICON Award will go to Northeastern University Athletic Director Peter Roby. Mr. Roby’s leadership in welcoming and supporting LGBT athletes at Northeastern is unparalleled. He is a most worthy recipient of the 2013 ICON Award.
